Zerorez was here within the window they said they would be and called 30 minutes before they arrived. We are all so busy these days, so I very much appreciated this! Also, the technician was polite and respectful. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air!

The results are very good. The cleaner's arrival was as scheduled. He seemed to really care about doing a good job and pleasing the customer.

The service rep was very polite and respectful and extremely competent. After we did a walk through of the house and I told him what I needed done in each area, he gave me a firm quote that didn't change at the end of the job. We had some rooms that were especially challenging, and he made them look like new again. Great job all around!!

Performed a walk through with customers after completing the work and pointed out areas that needed additional attention
Answered questions about the work; received payment, explaining warranty and that a a receipt would be sent via email. Tech was very professional. We appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell us unnecessary products or services.
