Mike Pacheco was very professional, friendly and informative about your services and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I liked that there were no chemicals and it dried quickly and got the carpet very clean looking especially the oriental rug. He was very careful around furniture and I liked the yellow stoppers that were put on the corner areas so the hose wouldn't damage any woodwork or doors.

The service was great! Paul was awesome. However, it was quite a bit more expensive than I planned on paying, so I am having a little bit of buyer's remorse, but nothing to do with the customer service.
The ad I saw said 3 rooms and a hallway, for $129. I had 4 rooms (Filled with furniture) and stairs. I figured I'd pay closer to $200, because of the upselling that always comes with having carpets cleaned. I was originally told it would be $297, then he brought it down to $243. Still more than I anticipated. But I would use you all again, just have to budget extra next time.

The technicians were very professional and friendly. My carpet has not been cleaned in almost 4 years and they came clean as if they were brand new. I also appreciated the carpet being dry within a few hours and it didn't have the hard/crunchy feeling like other companies. The air duct team took pictures of the before and after and I feel I can breathe clean air especially now that the Atlanta Spring Season is quickly approaching us. I will definitely use your company again.
