We had an excellent cleaning result with Zerorez and the technician was extremely thorough and professional. We had our carpets and furniture cleaned the same day and everything was cleaned in the same thorough manner. After our carpets and furniture were cleaned they dried relatively quickly. I was pleased that they were a bit damp not soaking wet! It was possible to walk on the carpet even at the point it wasn’t completely dry. I would definitely use Zerorez again! They quoted me a price that was EXACTLY what I was charged. No surprises.

The technician, Aquarius, was friendly and professional. Walked around with me to see the job and listen to any concerns I had. He got right to work, was very careful not to hit the walls or corners with the equipment.
