I had very dirty, soiled and discolored carpet. I was very skeptical that it could be cleaned and calling Zerorez was my final step before replacing the carpet in two rooms. When the carpet tech arrived he performed the no obligation challenge on the most soiled part of the carpet and to my amazement, the stains and dirt came off with relative ease. I was very please with the outcome. Also, the tech was very nice and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I was pleased with the cleaning. However, Zerorez offered a special during this week for 4 rooms at $109. I mentioned this to the technician but did not receive the special. My living room according to your technician was oversized so I did not get three rooms cleaned, only two and the hallway which was supposed to be free.
