I thought the technician did a good job and he was personable, courteous and professional. My only negative comment would be that the carpet was still wet 24 hours later in the places that were heavily soiled. I placed towels down on those areas and tried to absorb the water and then put a dry towel down on the areas because I didn't want to walk on damp carpet with our shoes on. The rest of the carpet was dry in about 8-10 hours. The carpet looks good and I am pleased with the results.

Carpets come out very clean without the harsh chemicals

No harsh chemicals. I have a Maltese so I don’t have to worry. The guy who cleaned my carpet was extremely nice and explained everything. My carpets look great.
