Zerorez recently cleaned our carpet in several rooms including our family room, hall and the stairs. Their office staff members we spoke with were all very courteous and polite and explained the various packages and rates clearly and distinctly. We easily were able to determine exactly the right cleaning package for us and the charges that would be applied.

On the day of the cleaning, the Zerorez technician was on time and ready to get straight to work. He began by carefully examining the rooms we needed cleaning, including a few areas that required special attention due to pet stains and odors. He was very informative and helpful in helping us determine the right methods to effectively clean our carpets.

After the cleaning process was completed, our carpets looked like new again, meeting our expectations with the outcome. In fact, to insure one area of particular stain was totally clean, Zerorez returned to service that area again. Very first hand knowledge of Zerorez of their personal and approach to their work, we would recommend Zerorez to whomever needs their carpets cleaned by and a professional and reputable company.

There was no chemical smell afterwards and the technician was extremely professional and personable.

The products leave the areas fresh and clean. The carpet is not left feeling overly wet. Good customer service by the technician!!
