The tech was professional and explained everything in full detail. He made the necessary recommendations and he was able to remove spots and pet spots from previous renters.
We we're very pleased with the representative sent to clean our carpets. Mr. Jarvis was GREAT and very professional! Our carpets had some tough stains that he had to deal with and he did well! After the carpets dried we found some of the staining (urine) still visible. Can you please have someone call to make arrangements to come back and treat these areas again? We can be reached by calling the cell number provided at the time order was placed. Thank you!

The gentleman that came over Friday to redo the job the first person did not complete.
The process was organized, fast & clean. The operator was good, kind & friendly.
Only two negatives;
1- having to move all the furniture myself, which does help the process & the operator.
- it would be helpful to have a helper/mover @ an extra cost if needed.
2- there are still high traffic areas & spots left on the carpeting which was a disappointment, & in my opinion, should have been retreated.
All, in all, the carpeting looks, smells & feels much cleaner. Thank you !!
