Answered questions about the work; received payment, explaining warranty and that a a receipt would be sent via email. Tech was very professional. We appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell us unnecessary products or services.

The technician was very efficient able to answer all my questions and worked to complete the job in a tI melt manner. The fact that there are no chemicals used was a real plus for me.

Lovely to have a clean, fresh smell with no chemicals. Also, hats off to my technician, Will. He was friendly, kept me up to date as he was working and made sure I inspected when he was finished to see if I was satisfied with the quality. He was on time, too!

The tech did a get job, very nice young man. Only complaint and not really a complaint is when he dragged the hoses through the house, there where several areas in which water puddles where not wiped up after he was gone, I'm glad I was there to wipe up or we may have had major issues. Other than this issue he was a very polite and professional young man.
