Was very happy with the technician and the work that he did. Carpet looks fantastic!

One thing that I did find a little misleading was the $15 Trip Fee. Just include that in the price and not mislead the customer to think the price that's broadcasted over the various radio stations is the actual price. Don't to charge or add additional fees - just include it in the broadcasted rates. Just my two cents.
