The technician, Cole, was an outstanding example of someone who loves what they do. I benefit as well as Zerorez! He takes his time, focuses on the task, explains the cleaning process of Zerorez and is careful around all furnishings. I never felt he was in a hurry to do this 'job' to rush off to another. I like that! I will most assuredly sure you guys again.

The service guy, Dwight (?) was very nice and efficient. The only thing that did surprise me was even after 24 hours there were some wet spots. Around 5 of them. Could be the carpet, I really not sure.
