I scheduled zerorez to come out 2 weeks ago between 10-1. Was told I would receive a call in advance of him showing up. Waited at house until 1:00. NO CALL FROM ZEROREZ! Finally someone called at 1:15 and said he was running late and would be there in about 20 min. I told him I had waited at house since 10:00 and when no one showed OR CALLED I left.
I decided to give Zerorez one more try. Apt on Nov 7 the technician arrived WITHIN THE WINDOW OF TIME I WAS GIVEN. but Again NO CALL IN ADVANCE FROM ZEROREZ.
If Zerorez is telling customers window of time and also advanced call it should follow through. In the case of my first apt NEITHER WAS DONE.
The technician was so friendly!
