I love that it does not leave a soapy residue which will attract later dirt. I had tons of pet stains and for the most part they were very improved. Some did not go completely away but the carpet is 13 years old.

First of all, the technician that was sent to my home was courteous, hard working, knowledgeable, and responsive to my concerns. The product used was not messy, had a somewhat pleasant odor and was highly effective in removing a lot of the stains in my carpet.

Zerorez did a great job of cleaning the carpet in our two office suites! The carpet looks clean and bright, and everything just smells fresher! Jonathan Ulloa was pleasant to deal with and does a great job. However, the technician that was sent on to perform this work at my office was very unprofessional and should not represent Zerorez. He actually cursed one of my front line leaders (supervisor) out and was very disrespectful.

He did not leave the work area nor did he turn the water back off when he completed the assignment.

I do not ever want this technician to perform work at my location again.

My entire experience with Zerorez was great! I called to make the appointment, asked the questions I had and the team at the office took their time and answered everything. They scheduled my appointment and followed up a few times to make sure the time frame still worked for me. Christian arrived at the scheduled time and took the time to explain the process and review my invoice before beginning the work. He even worked with me to add another small closet that I had previously forgotten to include. Christian did a great job and ensured that our home was well protected while the work was being done. The end result is great! The carpets appear and feel cleaner! With a toddler running around, I'm sure we will be calling Zerorez back out again! Thank you for all of your hard work!
