He moved through the remaining areas and completed the job in a timely manner. The overall look was amazing! My carpets were clean and fresh smelling. Everything——We have been calling Zerorez for several years now to clean our carpet—-(Zerorez came highly recommended by “The Fish” radio station—so that was good enough for us)—Long story short—we have been calling Zerorez ever since—Wouldn’t even consider using another carpet cleaning service. Until this year—-we were unaware that Zerorez did duct cleaning as well—-so we added that service. We had our ducts cleaned out in the morning and our carpets cleaned that afternoon. Your company made scheduling easy on a day we were available. The technician that came out was friendly, clean cut and professional. He did an excellent job on our 20 yr old carpet!! His name was Jacob. I will definitely request him again. He did not try to pressure me into adding on a bunch of extras and I appreciate that. I paid the price that I agreed on when I made the appointment. He told me what was available but didn't try to push it on me. What I love most about Zerorez is how fast the carpets dry afterward and that they are chemical and detergent free! I have been using Zerorez to clean our carpets since 2007 and I will never go back to the steamers.
