The products really clean the carpets. I have dogs and my high traffic area really looks good. I'm not thrilled over the extra dog treatment (if you can use vinegar do it, it works better). With all said and done, I will use them again and I would recommend them.

Arrived when stated time. Professional, explained process, wore booties over shoes so as to not bring in more dirt from outside. Protected wall edges so hose was not rubbing across them.
Overall, satisfied with how carpets look.
