I was extremely impressed with everything about Zerorez, from my first phone call to schedule an appointment to the completed job I knew I was dealing with a first class company and professional employees!

I received a call the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm that the date & time was still convenient for my schedule, I had a few questions that were answered quickly and professionally by Brenda. This was my first experience with Zerorez and my husband was not going to be home during the appointment. Brenda assured me that a Zerorez van would arrive and the employee would be in uniform with proper credentials, she was on track with what actually happened when Tyson arrived at our home. He walked the interior with me asking questions about my expectations and proceeded to get to work. I was overjoyed with the results as was my husband when he arrived home. Tyson did everything to protect our home while completing his duties. I would not hesitate to use your company and our Tech again!!

Zerorez is worth the little bit of extra $

I was 100% satisfied with my first Zeroex experience. Trequandre was very professional and had a very pleasant attitude! He mentioned other services that were available, but didn't make me feel pressured. He was even able to remove an old pet stain that previous companies couldn't remove. I would definitely call Zeroex again, and would request Trequandre if possible!
