I like the fact that yall are prompt and quick. I like the fact that you do not use chemicals and the technicians are friendly and know what they are doing. The technician removed a stain that i had for over 14 years!!! They ask questions and do everything you want them to. They explain and offer products you might need, such as carpet protector. My guy Marcus Benson from Zerorez was very polite and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime!! I would actually request him the next time. He's a keeper!!!

The technician was very professional. He walked through the carpeted areas to be cleaned, discussed what I may expect and ensured I had no further questions. The cleaning was thorough, the best I have experienced. There was no 'wet' smell that remained. I will certainly use Zerorez as my carpet cleaner going forward.

One less than positive result I did not notice until later after he had departed, was the water stains and sodium residue left on my driveway after the cleaning. If that is common, then the truck should park in the street, not on the driveway.
