Both technicians who came to my house were very friendly and professional! They advised me that due to the type of fabric I had that they would need to dry clean with a dry solvent vs a wet solvent. I wasn’t sure I would be happy with the end result, but my sofa and chairs definitely looked cleaner after they finished.
