I want to commend all three technicians who worked in my home to clean my ducts, dryer vent and carpets: Jorge, Luis, and Cristian. All three were professional and polite. They all knew their jobs in great detail. They went the extra mile to make me happy.

Jorge and Luis were definitely experts in their knowledge of how to clean the ducts in my house, taking photos before and after cleaning. I believe they have prevented a fire that would have started in my dryer vent. They spent extra time to verify that the large wad of lint they found was removed to allow proper air flow from the dryer to the outside.

Cristian did a great job on the carpets, removing stains that I wasn't sure would come out. And he made sure I was satisfied with his work at each stage of the process.

The carpets looked and smelled amazing after zerorez. My technician, Harper, did a great job and talked to me every step of the way. He also arrived right on time and was able to clean four rooms very efficiently! I highly recommend zerorez because of the look of my carpets now compared to how they looked before they were cleaned.

House smells much fresher (we recently had some renovation work so house was very dusty inside). Carpet is old (17yrs) and was very stained in places - technician was happy and willing to go over those spot to lift spots as best as could. overall looks much better and can by a bit longer (until kids get past spill stage) until we have to replace.
