The product left our carpets clean and soft. The service was very professional.

I am actually afraid to submit my experience since the technician knows where I live. In the past zerorez has performed well. Carpets were cleaned yesterday, and I will now have someone come in and reclean 1 room. The tech added on the extras and the carpet is ridden with stains. Some I realize will not come out, but the superficial ones will. In addition, the tech came alone, wanted and was granted a shot of vodka (this is a first). He asked 4 times that I give him a massage. He asked where my husband was and after some pausing, I told him I was divorced. He then perused my dating habits. I am 65 years old and found the line of questioning bizarre.
He asked to shake his hand so many times, I became defensive. He asked me 3 times what I was cooking for dinner and challenged me to a cook off contest, He repeatedly said he had worked with you for 3 months and he was your top employee. He proudly showed me a nearby customer who had spent $1100 that day for his services. I sadly paid for all the extra enzyme cleaning , but I will need 1 room re cleaned by some other company. I politely explained to the technician I was not trained in massage therapy and he assessed I was odd.

The anti-microbial spray is very irritating to those with severe allergies and would be nice to have been warned ahead of time cause asthma issues and hives. When the work is completed in the future I will have to leave my home for 4 days

The 2 technicians who serviced my heating ducts/vents are very professional, honest, and timely. They possess a wealth of knowledge about hygienic practices and effective strategies to maintain a sanitary and pollutant-free environment.
