First, the Service Representative who came to clean my carpet was very kind, personable, professional and efficient. The customer service representatives have also been terrific. I am very pleased using Zerorez and will call for future appointments.

The entire experience was great. From scheduling the appointment to the actual services provided.We were told that our appointment would be any between 3:00 pm-6:00 pm and would receive a call 15-20 minutes prior to the technician arrival. On the day of the appointment we received our call to expect the technician to arrive by 4:40 pm .Not only was the technician was on time, but he arrived a little early :-). Mike was very professional and pleasant. He explained details of what he would be doing and the products he was using to treat the carpet. After he completed his work he requested us to walk through each room with him to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaning...and my husband and I were very pleased!
