On-time arrival, professional representative surveyed the job and then proceeded to do a quality cleaning, and then finished in the time frame of 45 minutes he had estimated. The completed cleaning left us with a clean carpet that was dry in about 5 hours. Well done! Oh yes, all without any dirt-catching residue.
