Carpet always looks and smells super clean even with more than 1 pet in the house. Our technician Dontel Glover was extremely knowledgeable and caring of the job he did. He was thorough and asked how each room looked before he went on to the next.
We are also happy with your company because the carpet is almost dry before the technician leaves.

Thanks Zerorez for such a great job, as always. we wouldn't go anywhere else and we've been using your company for over 13 years now.

Your customer service is great. I like the chemical free, no residue carpet cleaning products you use. My carpets are pristine! I like how the technician explained everything to me and was in and out of my house in a timely fashion.
