The service was efficient. Most of my carpet came out very clean. The tough stains that have been sitting for a long we’re difficult to come out. While those are still there they’re much lighter than prior to the visit.
Service was fantastic, tech did a great job. However we had one tough stain that did not come up all the way. It’s lighter but still there, wish there was a stronger solution to get that stain up.
What I like about the services is that the floors are not soaking wet. They are damp but dry within a couple of hours if you have fans running.

This month we have had tile, carpet and rugs cleaned by zero rez. The Rug cleaning is the best! We are awaiting the return of several large area rugs that are being cleared as well as being repaired and rebound.

Your technician arrived as scheduled and was very polite and professional. He was considerate of our home and that is a quality that is hard to find these days. Our carpet was installed by our builder in 1993 and over the years we have had traditional cleanings done about every five years. This time it had slipped to seven years. We plan to upgrade our carpet and take some out and change to hardwoods but that is two or three years away. We absolutely love and cannot believe how good our carpet looks now! We gave it a good vacuuming a couple days after the service and it looks fantastic and even the "wear paths" don't look so bad! I would highly recommend Zerorez in lieu of the traditional carpet cleaning to anyone. Also, we could not have asked for a better service technician and we would give him an A Plus Grade.
