The technician that came out was friendly, clean cut and professional. He did an excellent job on our 20 yr old carpet!! His name was Jacob. I will definitely request him again. He did not try to pressure me into adding on a bunch of extras and I appreciate that. I paid the price that I agreed on when I made the appointment. He told me what was available but didn't try to push it on me. What I love most about Zerorez is how fast the carpets dry afterward and that they are chemical and detergent free! I have been using Zerorez to clean our carpets since 2007 and I will never go back to the steamers.

My carpet is 17 yrs old. I have had it cleaned several times of the years. It would look better. But this service brought life back and when my son now lays on it he doesn’t start to cough or have a runny nose.
