Prompt, professional service. 30 hours later (versus 4-6 hours quoted) and the carpet is still wet though. Couple of spots that are soaking wet.

The duct staff were very good about explaining how it works & what was going to occur- the process seems to work & hopefully our house has been cleared of a massive amount of dust & dirt in our vents

Your employees are very knowledgeable & warm & friendly - our carpets are substantially cleaner - the tile & grout not so much - we still have spots on the tile & the grout is varied colors - we will be calling about a do-over - it was a dark day so it might have been impossible to see clearly

The results, after the cleaning of my carpet, was the cleanliness and freshness I felt and saw.
There were pathways on the rug because everyone used this entry way .Zerorez restored that area and it blended in with the rest of the rug.
