I would suggest the Zerorez's techs put on the cloth booties over their shoes before coming into a residence. I have worked for a delivery company many years ago and the drivers/delivery reps always put on the cloth booties.

The technician did a great job. He was prompt, friendly, efficient. The process to get the service ordered was another matter. You need to improve your customer service on the ordering end or people may never get to experience the fine service on the technician end.

Professional estimation, pick up and delivery. The oriental rug cleaning was awesome the rugs came back promptly as promised and looked like the day they were purchased!

The job is done well & kudos for now having the new doorway protector to keep out bugs, animals during the process.

Was very convenient to set up appointment online. Technician was on time. They confirm the appointment a couple days prior to and then day of called 30 minutes before arrival. Technician was actually five minutes earlier than that. Technician, Ty, did an amazing job was very respectful of our property, and did a very thorough cleaning job. He was sure to make sure that I approved of The services before leaving for the day. Explained everything to me in full detail.
