First I want to say what great communication. I not only received emails, and text, but also a phone call 35 -40 minutes before the technician arrived. Our carpets had a few stains from the past few years an puppy urine from two puppies. The technician was wonderful an very nice an polite. He was here on time and explained everything to us and the extra charge for the puppy urine. We looked at the carpet before he left and all stains were gone, no urine smell, and our carpet looks brand new.
