The service tech is always friendly, and I have always felt he was trustworthy.
One thing as an older, single woman, I wish you would move some lighter pieces of furniture to clean under them--like end tables, chairs, etc. I know heavy pieces like beds, pianos. etc could not be moved.

Tech is pleasant and easy to work with. Upsold my wife on an item. Unfortunately didn't have an empty bottle to share the cleaning water with me.
