I've heard the Zerorez commercials on the radio for a long time, but had never used them. We had our carpets cleaned at the office the day after Christmas. The gentleman, Reggie (I believe), was professional, courteous, informative and quiet! I cannot believe how thorough and painless the process was, even on a working day for the office! We will use them again and recommend to anyone!!

They did a great job. There was an issue where the homeowner (we are a contractor paying for the services for the homeowner - commercial account) told the workers to do additional work that was not in our quote without consulting with us (we are paying the bill). The additional work was done without us being asked, and we were billed for it without being asked. When I called and spoke to Clayton he was extremely apologetic and said that yes we should have been consulted first. He credited the extra charges and sent us a revised invoice right away. He was great, very professional, and we appreciated him quickly fixing the mix up. Thank you!
