We had our carpets cleaned on 12/10/18. Vance called prior to his arrival and was friendly, polite and professional. He explained the process to us in detail. We were pleased with the job he did. Our carpets looked great. We wanted to wait until they dried before providing a review. We still remain pleased. There were a couple of areas (heavy foot traffic) and 1 dog incident area that we had hoped would have come out better, but didn't. It looks better than it did for certain. Vance was terrific.
