We have used Zerorez 6 or more times and each time my carpet looks amazing. Employees have always been on time and pleasant. Carpets always look great after each visit. We had a small problem during visit 5, nothing big. I contacted Zerorez and they immediately had someone back out and made everything perfect.
I highly recommend them!

excellent work on time

The tecnicians that I have dealt with are courteous, clean the carpets very well and take all precautions to be careful with furniture and hardwood floors. They are on time and you get a notification text before they arrive. My carpet is now 10 1/2 years old and I can still get another year , maybe two out of it, thanks to Zeroez!
