Great service!! The service technician the Mr. Deparr did iarrive on time. He introduced himself upon arriving at the door. He was very informative, respected my home he put on a covering over his shoes. Pretty good experience overall. My carpet looked really good after it was completed. Drying time was about it 3 to 5 hours.
Will definitely be requesting this technician for follow up service in the future.

Christian was very professional & did a good job. The fact that we had to move furniture ourselves at ages 73 and 69 was a negative, and the fact that he had no pieces of plastic to put under furniture legs, etc. was surprising. We gave him plastic grocery bags to use under furniture. Other companies we have used, moved the furniture & protected the furniture legs as part of their services. Usually the other company sent 2 workers for the services.

The tech did a great job and carpet looks clean. He moved some of the small furniture and replaced it with plastic under legs. He was very informative, was personable and conscientious. I was very satisfied with his carpet cleaning service.

When I use Zerorez my carpet looks new again. My brother even commented that it looks fluffier than before. They always do an amazing job. I used to use Stanley Steamer , but they can’t touch Zerorez when it come to clean.

This was my first experience with your company and it was a great. I am on the second floor of my apartment complex and I was satisfied that the hose was long enough to clean my entire unit.
