My daughter bedroom carpet had turn black from an issue with our furnace/HVAC kicking out black mess, so we had our air ducts/HVAC professionally cleaned, this process dumped more debris that look liked dark thick dust, this crap was matted down into the carpet fibers, we could not get this gunk out..!! Well! The Zerorez serviceman was EXCELLENT! He got it out! He was courteous, prompt, kind, lol, VERY PROFESSIONAL, explained the process, very thorough! The product to clean the carpet is EXCELLENT, my carpet is SUPER CLEAN! Thank you Zerorez!

Roberto and Antonio were awesome. They were polite, respectful, and friendly. They made suggestions but listened and were not demanding. They did a superb job cleaning and I was extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend using zero Rez if you need a great cleaning service.

The Driver Dallas and his Assistant Billy were friendly, professional, and displayed very good teamwork in performing the various tasks. They did a thorough job to clean our attic and basement systems. We also appreciated the fact that they always put on their shoe covers before entering the house.

The technician was Matt. Very nice came in and explained everything and then proceeded to work. Finished in a timely manner with good results. He explained about the protection plan and I told him I could not afford it right now. No pressure sale at all. I explained to him my 1 year old grandson lived with me and he said not problem. Our product is safe and explained the product. I was very satisfied and will recommend Zerorez as well as use it again when needed.
