Probably the biggest thank you goes to the fact that I changed my appointment on a Sunday due to the seller not being out when she said she would be. Also to my surprise there was no service charge for changing the date.

The tech was very friendly, knew our problems and addressed each issue. Very professional. Our carpet dried very quickly and looks great!

The carpet looked much better. The carpet took about 24 hours to dry and when you walked on it with white socks the really showed the dirty water.

He was on time, very polite and completed the job quickly. He took care to protect the doorways and furnishings. Will you use Zerorez the next time I need carpet cleaning.

It was very easy to schedule my appointment and when I had to change the services the customer service person was very nice.
The service was performed quickly and I was expecting the technician to try and sell me additional services ( I have heard that happens) and he didn't pressure me into anything additional.
