Scheduling was easy and they worked with me on time to fit an odd schedule. No problems applying promotional codes. Multiple confirmation contacts including when the technician was 20-30 minutes away. Technician showed up on time, took the time to listen to any special concerns we had, brought in perspective feet for the furniture and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. We were cautioned again on times to stay off the carpet to maintain cleanliness. Well done and highly recommended.

The staff is always very friendly and nice to work with.
The professionalism of the crew and the fact that they do not use soap. I also like the level of communication. They confirmed my appointment, called the day before to remined of the appointment, and called again the day of to let me know the approximate time that the Tech would arrive.
The Tech was professional and courteous. He did a thorough walk-thru before starting, kept me informed of the what, when, where, and how of what he was doing. Once he completed the job he asked me to look at the whole cleaned area and make sure that I was satisfied.

I called Zerorez because they don't use chemicals in their water solutions. I had the carpet in an RV cleaned. It was badly stained from Georgia red clay. I was not expecting it to come clean. The technician pretreated and cleaned the carpet. It looks AMAZING! I could not believe how clean he got it. All with no chemicals. The technician was friendly, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
