I have been using Zerorez for a few years and have been totally satisfied. My carpets look much cleaner and have no chemical build up because of the powered water technique they use. After the cleaning process the carpets do not take long to dry. The technicians that come out are very helpful and friendly. I definitely would recommend Zerorez to my friends.

Pick up of our rugs was timely. Guys were very nice and professional. They explained everything to Jon in detail. We haven’t completed our service. Rugs are out for cleaning. I expect that all will go well.
