Service person very informative and knowledgeable. Broke down price of rooms and area rugs. Only wish he was able to clean my beige chairs that had food stains. Said white fabric very difficult to remove stains and can become very discolored if cleaner applied. Any other recommendations for cleaning these beige chairs? Carpets dried quickly and appear very clean . Awaiting area rugs to be cleaned and returned. Would recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

Great products, but the reason we keep coming back is the professional and courteous service.

My floors look great, but the technician marked up my wall from hitting his blue hose on a freshly painted wall. Additionally, he scraped the edge of a wall and took off some sheetrock. I did not discover this until after he left. He was a nice fellow and I am not sure he even noticed he did this to my walls.

Although my carpet is almost 14 yrs old and I have 2 little dogs, it feels clean and looks good after your cleaning. Your service rep Cole was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, personable and he gave me reasonable quotes for additional rooms I added to my 3 rooms for $109 special. I will be calling Xerorez again and asking for Cole next cleaning.

Wonderful experience. Jarvis was our tech and he was phenomenal! Very professional, extremely thorough and so polite. After cleaning each room he would asked us if we were pleased. Of course our response was, we are very satisfied!
