Michael Jones did an excellent job! He went over and beyond, agreeing to clean additional rooms and rugs and to show me that I needed to have the big area rugs cleaned too! Plus he helped us get our broken garage door up! Michael is a star of Zerorez!

They were on time. Did a good job. I wore a pair of white socks the next day, all day long inside. They stayed white. No dirt. I was inpressed.

Deep cleaning and they listen to the costomer and they alsd provide advice and give you something to clean stains on your carpet.

Our 2nd time in using Zerorez. The man who came to our house was the best. He was super helpful and worked well with us and our stress. He was calm, helpful and very smart. We were more than pleased.

Technician did a really good job on our carpet. However, I guess the used water that was dumped on our grass killed it almost immediately. We now have three bare spots in our yard. I thought the water was supposed to be chemical free.
