Our technician was amazing. He took the first five minuets to walk with me and review the areas that needed cleaning along with any heavy stains. Then he worked systematically through the areas and alerted me when there were locked offices to both open then secure. He did such a fantastic job! We were debating whether or not to close the office during this service but it dried as promised and had minimal interruption of our employees!

They send out reminders and keep you informed from the time you make your reservation until they arrive. The technician that I have had come do my carpet have been courteous, knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I have used them previously and will continue to use them as well as recommending to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

Only charged me/did work that was needed. My ducts were clean but my dryer vent was in bad shape. So they only did the work and charge me for what was needed. That is integrity.
The two men that came to my house on Saturday were very professional and explained everything they were very nice people. But I do wish the customer service . when I signed up . would have explained to me about the clean air filter and how much it would cost because I had no idea about that and that's kind of like a big shock too when you first hear about it . and how much it will cost . that way people can plan ahead . that was very disappointing
