The fact that no harmful chemicals are used. The technician was very courteous and professional. Jamarias asked us to examine each room to make sure we were satisfied and the chair he cleaned looks like it is brand new! The carpet didn’t have that sticky residue feeling and was dry within about 4 hours.
The call in to let us know when they would arrive was “ spot on”!
