The service was very good. Mr. Derek and his associate delivered my rugs in despite of some time delays. They delivered and positioned the rugs in time for an event in our home. The rugs were cleaned well as was promised by the company. Brandon was the first associate who came to our home. He was timely, courteous and efficient.
