The person who cleaned our carpets was outstanding . He explained everything that he was doing and invited us to watch as he cleaned the rooms. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the company, their polices and procedures. I would recommend Zero Rez to all of my friends as well as to all of my family members.We don’t remember his name however, we will never forget how professional and well spoken he was. When my 7 pound Yorkie wanted all of my attention the young man talked to him and calmed him while not missing a beat on explaining his next procedure. This young man deserves an award for representing your company and also a raise!

It did a great job of cleaning out the ducts. Staff pleasant helpful and informative. They returned the furniture we moved to it’s rightful place. Can’t speak to the purifier performance yet but I feel certain it will do the job as I’ve heard a lot about the company. I have already referred someone for duct work.

Gervin did a great job for us! We have an older pet that has accidents on our carpet. The enzyme treatment used does a such a great job of cleaning remaining residues. And Gervin worked hard to especially clean our problem area's. Much appreciated!!!
