My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Zerorez Atlanta. The results and appearance of our carpet after it was cleaned exceeded our expectations. Also, the technician, Deparr was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the pertinent details to us. This was especially reassuring since this was our first time using Zerorez Atlanta. He also
patiently answered all of our questions and it was apparent he wanted to and did provide the best service possible. Deparr was punctual, completed the job in a timely manner and contacted us prior to his arrival as I was promised when I made the initial appointment.

Great technician! Carpets cleaned and in a fast manner. Quick to dry. House smells so much cleaner and the enzyme pet spray is the best I've seen!

The service person was on time and examined the sofa well before he started working. I understood my sofa needed cleaning and he would do his best. I am satisfied but not thrilled. I do think a bit more cleaning on the back of the sofa would have produced better results. The service was really expensive, $145.
