I do wish though that new customers would be warned that they will have an outside door open for several hours so the hoses could enter from the truck and that they needed access to a water spicket. The young man who cleaned our carpets came and had me see each room after he had cleaned it. He did a very good job and the carpets were dry I about 4 hrs.

I’ve been telling my husband for a year now that it was taking two hours to dry a load of towels in our dryer. Your technician worked quickly to clear out our dryer vent, and cleaned up afterwards. Forty minutes now to dry those towels! It’s made such a difference!
