I wasn’t very happy with the steps dripping water from the edge of the steps to the next step. I used a towel to blot the excess water up. And my carpet was cleaned at 9:00am on Saturday AND there are still several places that are NOT DRY yet. It is now 7:23pm on Sunday. Other than that, pleased.

I like the end results of your cleaning. My carpet looks clean without any chemical smell left behind. My carpet is soft and clean just like it was when it was new. I am comfortable about my grandchildren playing on the floor after a cleaning. I love the time blocks you offer for appointments also, because my whole day is not interrupted. I could not imagine allowing anyone else for cleaning out carpet now. My service tech Larone was very professional and friendly. I really felt comfortable with him in my home and I will request him the next time I make an appointment. Thank you for the quality service you offer to your costomers!

When my filter's were delivered Friday, May 17, I wasn't present. That was no problem, the filters were installed with no difficulty. I just wasn't there to ask what the proper care, maintenance & replacement schedules are for the filters. Can you let me know?

Great service and technician.

Price, punctuality and professionalism.

Carpet came out clean and dried in just a couple of hours. The guy came within the window given and he called me on his way. I received a text and call from zerorez as well to let me know he was on his way. Thomaston the cleaning guy was very professional and helpful. Will use zerorez again and will recommend to family and friends. Very satisfied.

No harsh smells and carpet still gets clean. Carpet is not saturated with water which made it ok to walk on afterwards.

The cleaning was also marvelous- we had one rug that had been in a rental property- they said it was cleaned 6 times- that is above and beyond- and now the rug is usable!!
