He was very polite, friendly, and helpful with his explanations of charges, how to care for the carpet the day of cleaning and in the future. After the original walk through, Bryan's explanation of charges matched the quot given me on the phone. I was pleased to know that Zerorez stands by the phone quot. The carpet looked great after the cleaning and I will feel confident in recommending Bryan as a capable and professional service tech and Zerorez as a professional carpet cleaning company.

Customer service could not have been better! My technicians were kind, professional, and patiently explained problems and solutions to me. My carpets really do look and feel clean and I love that they didn’t use chemicals in their cleaner. I also had a cat urine area treated with their enzyme cleaner and it really did seem to fix it!! (It’s only a day after, but already smells incredibly better) Also, they went the extra mile and did a small extra room for me. Cannot day enough good things about this company!!

First and foremost, they arrived right on time. The technicians were very professional and absolutely the most personable I have ever dealt with in a while. They asked pertinent questions to make sure I would be getting exactly what I needed. The job was completed in the time they said it would be and at the price quoted. I was concerned about the lingering scent from the cleaning solution and was pleasantly surprised that it was not too strong and did not last. They did a great job; my carpets look almost new again.
