My service technician was very thorough. He was an hour late as a result of traffic. he walked through, listened and went to work. I never thought the carpet could possibly look this good especially in "dog room". some spots have reappeared since drying but I didn't expect that he could get them out. I can go in the room now without almost throwing up. Thanks VON for making my carpet feel better! I would highly recommend Von for his professionalism, attentiveness and hard work. We all know Atlanta traffic so I won't hold the tardy arrival against him. I would definitely request his service again.

My request from Zerorez was to clean my carpets but also clean two sofas. I love Zerorez for the no chemical toxins cleaning technology. However, I loved Reggie, the technician who was intelligent and professional and told me honestly that my fine upholstery could not be cleaned by this technology without damage and that I needed to use another cleaning technique. I appreciate this honest, up front way of doing business. And Reggie was a refreshing change from most people that call on my home to do contracted work. He was friendly and so wonderful to deal with. Reggie is a true asset to Zerorez and understands true customer service. He was respectful of me and my home and actually knows how to treat customers.
