We are very pleased with the results of our Zerorez service. Sedrick was very helpful with his explanation and did an excellent job - Even getting up a stain that we were not able to with any of our “home” remedies! We highly recommend Sedrick and Zerorez!

We thought that our dogs had ruined our carpet and that it would need to be replaced. We had it cleaned by a different company about 18 months ago and it didn't do much good. Heard about Zerorez on the Dave Glover radio show and took a chance. Our carpets look great and feel soft like they were new instead of being 11 years old. I paid for an extra treatment on the carpets to bust up the ground in dirt from our two large dogs and it was so worth it. Money well spent and great techs knocking it out. Hard working and very respectful service team.

Colin was very thorough in explaining the process prior to starting the cleaning. He answered every question completely and even shared information that I hadn't thought of. He was able to remove three white spots in a carpet that had been cleaned with a carpet spot cleaner we used. Now the area blends with the whole carpet. Very happy with the service and Colin's work.
