You don't use nasty chemicals to clean and/or scent our carpeting, and our guy, Sedrick, was awesome, thoughtful, and seriously cleaned my carpets "with love." So glad to have heard about ZeroRez on the radio! I have severe multiple chemicals sensitivities (AKA allergies, but there are so many, the dr's cannot pinpoint exact ones therefore call it sensitivities. No, it's truly allergies.) NO bad reactions. CLEAN carpeting. Win/win situation!

The technician Trevon arrived early and was very thorough and friendly and did a good job. He showed me what he was going to do and explained how the process works. While he was cleaning I could see the difference between the dirty carpet and the clean areas. The carpets look really nice!

Even tho my carpet is only 3 yrs old I wanted to keep it fresh, they did a really good job and it’s fluffy again lol and my basement stairs carpet was a lot older and it looks brand new, I would definitely use you guys again👍👍
I was very happy with Trevon and how he explained everything. He explained some other items that I could add to my service such as the bacteria treatment and scotch guard and did not make me feel pressured to purchase any of the extras even though I did. He explained what he was going to do and how the process would work along with answering all of my questions. It was an all around great experience and that evening when we were out to dinner with a group of friends I told everyone about how great our experience was with your company! Thank you.
