From the friendly, informative call two days before to the really nice and professional man that did the work, it was as really great experience. My carpet was only two years old so I didn't think it was too bad to begin with, but we do have a dog and I knew there had to be dirt I didn't see. The carpet felt softer and looked fresh. I had full confidence the room and our stairs were thoroughly cleaned. Glad I made the choice to try Zerorez.

My daughters had a party in my basement and the carpet got stained badly. It's white carpeting so it look terrible but Zerorez got 95% of the stains out. I was amazed!

The employer, Cydric, was very professional and thorough. He spent time explaining the cleaning process to me and working hard to get out our pet odors. The pet odors were removed and my couches were left smelling fresh with no lingering cleaner or deodorizer smells.

Scheduling was easy. The technician arrived on time and completed the work carefully while being respective to our home and us. Pricing is a bit questionable on rugs considering that two rugs cost me more to clean than the carpeted room that was cleaned.
