I like that you do not use all the harmful chemicals. I liked the friendly and helpful rep (Cedric) that was at my home. My special needs daughter even walked out and shook his hand to greet him - she heard a happy, friendly voice. He listened to me and what I was requesting. He was able to give a quick quote. He kept me in the loop as he moved to each room. He was able to answer any questions I had along the way. He was great!

What I liked most was the lack of any chemical odor from the cleaning product. Tre Von, the serviceman, was early, very personable, did an excellent job, and cleaned up any water on the floor. My sofa looks brand new.
