We had a good experience with Zerorez, the cleaning looked good and liked how fresh and clean our rooms smelled afterwards. I also love knowing that there are no toxic chemicals and that you use products that are not harmful to pets or people. I do think the outside fees, the water fee, especially, since that's a mandatory extra cost, should be listed as a part of the price when advertising your 3 room special. but I would still use zerorez again, just glad I am aware of the outside costs for water and any special treatments now.

Prompt time arrival, employee polite, and the carpet is very clean after the cleaning. The only thing that was concerning is the extra costs.
