Colin, our technician, was great. He got on the carpet to smell a few stains and explained all the services well. Our carpets look so much better and a lot of the stains came out. We just bought our new place and since putting in hard woods isn't possible right now, ZeroRez was the next best thing.

The technician was very polite and professional. He provided detailed information about the process, and made sure all my questions were answered prior to beginning. He also made costs very clear prior to beginning and prior to processing payment, which was very much appreciated as I had costs that were not included in the initial estimate.
I didn't notice much of a difference in the appearance of the carpet after cleaning. However, my technician stated that our carpets looked fairly clean when he began, which may have contributed to this.

Tuesday, Remmi came to clean our carpets. As always he does a fantastic job. He works quickly, efficiently and neatly. Our carpets came out looking very nice, considering that they are not new and have had a number of years of wear on them, but we're very satisfied and look forward to doing business with you again.
