Great job cleaning the carpets! I’ve used other carpet cleaning services in the past and they seem to use harsh cleaners with strong artificial fragrances to make the carpets seem clean. Zerorez does not do that - the clean was real!

Two rooms and one set of stairs were cleaned six days ago and they still look great! The I'm hopeful that the previous stains will not resurface. The service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and my experience so far with Zerorez has been excellent!

The quality of work from our Techs was phenomenal. They had great personalities and that is very important when it comes to a job like that where you have to be in a strangers home for an extended period of time. They were always very informative and on top of keeping me updated on their progress as well.

I was completely satisfied with my carpet cleaning. Score it 10’s across the board! The carpet is noticeably cleaner, especially the dark path from the garage to kitchen. The orange scent really makes the house smell fresh and clean.
Also want to say that my tech, Cedric, was very professional, very personable and courteous and did a great job. He represents Zerorez very well.
There is more carpet to be cleaned in my new house and when the time comes, I want Cedric and Zerorez to clean it.
