The technicians are always professional and do an amazing job. We had a pet spot in our living room and the smell was intense. After a spot treatment and cleaning you'd never know it happened. We now have zerorez out every six months.

This was the third time we had Zirorez coming out and cleaned our carpets and it’s amazing every time. You can see the difference as soon as they start, it amazes me how the carpets look good as new and they actually feel as new carpets once it dries out. We kept adding more to the project because Colin Skinner, our service technician, was so thorough, conscientious, and dedicated to our projects. The technician was very honest with me about the condition of my carpets and what it would take to get them clean. My upholstery was in great need of cleaning and he did everything he could to make it look very clean. The drying time for my upholstery was reasonable.

I have severe chemical allergies, as well as dust and pollen, and Zerorez makes our carpeting smell better than new because the "new" smell is gone, so it simply smells clean! Our techs are always Incredibly courteous, professional, and super nice (we've had 2, with 3 cleanings). The process is quick and very thorough, and seriously made the 3 yr. old carpet look like new!
