Your product did not leave my carpets soaking wet as others have in the past.The young man, Jared was very professional, friendly and efficient. We had some bad stains and he was able to clean up everything so that our carpets look like new. We were able to put back items within 6 hours and it looks great. 5 Star performance and results.

He made recommendations and did exactly what I needed. He also went over the total price to the dollar before starting anything so there was no surprises. He got the job done right and pretty quick. My carpet looks great and smells great so I am happy. Highly recommend!
friendy and did a good job fast
We have been a customer for many years and will keep coming back due to the product and the personnel. The product keeps are carpet looking 5 years old whereas it is 25 years old. The personnel are very professional and friendly.
Our technician was upfront Pricing about the needs and add on features available He did a great job and was courteous and respectful.
I will say that I was not pleased that I had to spend $180 extra for a special “pet” cleaning for 3 rooms. (Not the techs fault) Definitely a bummer when that wasn’t in my budget and went from $213 to 394. I was scared that after the heat of the cleaning there would be a smell-i will say that my carpets didn’t need the pet cleaning extra as there were just little spots not huge bad areas. But oh well it’s done. Again not techs fault -company trying to up sell and make more money.
